OK so I was tempted to write about the event from the info I received even though I did not attend.

But I thought maybe some images will do more justice.

I am sure you’d rather want less to read and more to see so I’ll keep the text to a minimal.

DAY 1

Campers started to fill out the campsites in the rolling foothills of Underberg as the 28th Annual Splashy Fen Music Festival began.

DAY 2

With well over 3200 fans through the gates at the start of day two, the 2017 Splashy Fen Music Festival stayed true to its promise of offering campers and day visitors a selection of musical entertainment and relaxing long-weekend activities for the whole family.

DAY 3

Over 5 500 Splashy Fenners have made their way to the beautiful Splashy Fen campsite to enjoy an Easter long-weekend with family and friends.

Splashy Fen Splashion Show – a chance for creative campers to don their craziest outfits and stand a chance to win two tickets to Seychelles courtesy of Splashy Fen, Eden Island and Air Seychelles.

This morning also saw the very first wedding ceremony held at Splashy Fen as Lisa and Gavin Melsh, lead singer of Gus Brown Band, got married under the trees of the new Treehouse stage with over 1000 people there to witness the beautiful act.
